West Norfolk Housing Company

We are a Registered Provider of Social Housing, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, and own a growing stock of homes in west Norfolk including homes for rent and shared ownership and temporary accommodation.

West Norfolk Housing is the trading name for West Norfolk Housing Company Limited, a housing company set up by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk. We are an independent not-for-profit limited company, but wholly owned by the Council.

Defects and Repairs

Our homes are managed and maintained by Broadland Housing Association.

Governance and the strategic direction of the company is undertaken by a Board of Directors.

We now have a full board in place comprising of three Borough Council councillors, one executive officers of the council and four independent non-executive directors.
